Since then, Madrid has kept the positive results rolling with a 3-2 win over rival Barcelona and a 1-0 victory over Real Sociedad to improve to 26-6-1 in LaLiga play and a spot in first with 84 points.

Bayern toppled Arsenal in the Champions League quarterfinals with a 4-2 victory on aggregate, capped by a 1-0 victory in the second leg. Joshua Kimmich found the back of the net in the 63rd minute and goalkeeper Manuel Neuer made three saves in a clean sheet performance to seal Bayern’s spot in the semis.

Bayern Munich has a 22-3-6 record and 69 points and enters the week in second position in the German Bundesliga standings.
